St. Paul Police Department Records

The Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD) is located at 367 Grove Street, St. Paul, MN 55101. Police Chief Axel Henry leads the department. The records unit is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call 651-266-5581 for records questions.

You can request police reports, incident data, and arrest records. Online requests are available through the SPPD records portal. Under Minn. Stat. 13.82, arrest data is public. You can get names, charges, and details of any adult arrest.
